Eugene Field
Garden Development:

Global Gardens began developing at Eugene Field in January 2007 with the support of the staff and principal, Ms. Hemm. An open space behind the school became the Global Gardens area and the land was tilled in April 2007.

The garden space is made up of themed class plots, which were developed and are maintained by the class and classroom teacher with the support of the Global Garden Educator, who facilitates weekly garden education. The remaining plots belong to students in the after-school program.

Ms. Olson - soup garden

5th grade
